HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary based on each service and the postage location. Price is shown before customers pay. Some items could have free shipping, but other items customers will have to pay for shipping costs.



PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.  The approximately Processing Time Varies per supplier. Please read the details on each listing you would like to buy. If the processing time is not listed on the page of the item you are interested in buying, that usually is from 1-5 business days. 



ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR USA CONTINENTAL 

As soon your order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Shipping delivery time varies on each item you would like to buy. Please review the details on the listing of the item(s) you would like to buy. If the listing does not show details about shipping times, that particular item has an average arrival time between 3-5 business days, after the processing time meeded to process your order. .

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap. You must follow the steps to return an item by reporting to us via email as soon as possible and before the 15th day of the delivery of the item. Please read the details to return an item.

EXEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
